Details:

Toyosi Ogunse is president and CEO of the Charlottesville-base Presidential Precinct, a collaboration among the University of Virginia, William & Mary, Montpelier, James Madison’s Montpelier and Monticello. Through this effort, promising young leaders from around the world receive training in Charlottesville: building skills, exchanging ideas and testing solutions. The Presidential Precinct seeks to draw out the best in young leaders through professional fellowships, leadership exchanges, global forums, and virtual resources that focus on building thriving, just, and free societies. Originally from Nigeria, Ogunse formerly served as the head of language services (West Africa) at BBC World Service and was the first female Sunday editor of The Punch Newspaper. She is also a 2014 Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumna.
