FAQ

What is included in the price of the rental fee?

For auditorium and outside rentals:  the atrium space, restrooms, parking, set up and break down of tables and chairs are included. Access to kitchen is also included with proper paperwork. Security guard for up to 100 people. (An additional security guard will be hired at $35/hour at renter’s expense for each additional 100 people)

For all other spaces: room set up and break down, parking, restrooms, kitchen with proper paperwork.

When can we access the space for our event?

For Saturday rentals in the auditorium, you can arrive as early as 8 am. For other space, this will be determined from prior events taking place in the same space.

Is A/V included?
The Center provides basic lighting control. Use of additional A/V (projectors, screens, microphones) is an additional cost and is determined by specific needs. 

What about serving alcohol?
The renter must provide an ABC banquet liquor license if alcohol is served.

Can I use the kitchen?
Kitchen access is permitted only if the event has engaged a licensed caterer.

How far in advance should I reserve space?
Book your space as soon as you know you want it! A signed agreement is the only thing that secures your spot.

How do I secure my date?
With a 50% deposit and signed rental agreement.
