Time:  5:15 - 6:00 pm

Join Instructors from the Charlottesville Tai Chi Center for 6-step T'ai Chi for Health. T’ai Chi involves more than “exercise” or simply learning new body movements. Regular practice will open up entirely new ways of thinking about health, breathing, and postures. This class will focus on improving balance, coordination, and promoting stress reduction. Once participants are able to learn the basics with the 6 step form, the class will progress to the 14 step Ta's Chi.

Hiromi Johnson will instruct on Tuesdays; Jane Keathley on Thursdays.
