Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.

Surrender for an hour as you activate your body's natural relaxation response and calm the nervous system. Stillness paired with easeful movement helps melt away tension. Most of the class takes place lying down on a mat, supported by blankets, blocks, and straps, with a few gentle standing poses woven in.

Dana has extensive training in Accessible Chair Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa, and Gentle Yoga. She brings a body-positive, trauma-informed approach to her teaching.

Leigh Heasley received her 200 hour yoga certification in 2011 and has been teaching, leading, and advising ever since.
