Thursdays, June 20-August 1 (Will not Meet on July 4) (6-session series), 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Students will draw from objects and still-life using the technique of careful observation. Instructor Desmond Cormier will cover value, perspective, line, and positive/negative space. Students of all levels will focus on creating a realistic drawing. The mediums used will be pencil, charcoal, ink, and conte crayons. Prime Members Free, Standard Members $45, Guests $60. Required Materials List below.
Materials Required:
Drawing paper (newsprint and 60lb, paper size is up to student),
various pencils hb, 2b, 4b, 6b,
vine charcoal,
compressed charcoal,
kneaded eraser,
pencil sharpener,
conte crayon,
drawing pens

Cancellation Policy: If you find that you cannot attend a class after registering, please let us know by emailing programs@thecentercville.org or contacting the Welcome Desk. Due to the need to purchase supplies in advance, cancellations with fewer than 7 days' notice will incur the materials fee. No-show Fee: Prime members will incur a $30 no-show fee for any uncancelled registrations in addition to the class’s materials fee.
