Art as Play with Ann (Each month a different focus)

For any and everyone wanting to play and explore with no pressure to create anything precious. The goal is to play with, learn about and push materials to see how much you can do with them. (the process of art making). We learn from each other and the only 'rule' is to try. Each month will have a different focus – schedule below.

March - monotype [one of a kind printmaking (no carving or incising) with limitless possibilities]

April - drawing/painting experiments (watercolor/acrylic)

May - paper collage and sculpting (relief and 3-D)

June - wire/kinetic (things that move)

July - found objects (assemblage, sculpture)

August - wet and needle felting (2 and 3-D)

September - natural materials (sticks, stones, shells)

Materials fee $30 payable to instructor at the start of first class

Prime members free, Standard members $30, Guests $40

Open to all.

Cancellation Policy: If you find that you cannot attend a class after registering, please let us know by emailing programs@thecentercville.org or contacting the Welcome Desk. Due to the need to purchase supplies in advance, cancellations with fewer than 7 days' notice will incur the materials fee. No-show Fee: Prime members will incur a $30 no-show fee for any uncancelled registrations in addition to the class’s materials fee.
