At the speed of change today, we are facing circumstances earlier generations have not had to face. Things such as stress from uncertainty, social media, and post-covid conditions have left people feeling isolated. This program seeks to empower people to be more proactive in shaping their lives moving forward. Gain tools to better manage stress and build emotional resilience in this series led by Psychologist, Dr. Daniel Elash. Free and for Members Only.

Instructor Bio: Dan is a clinical psychologist with an eclectic practice based in the greater Charlottesville area. He has been on staff at several hospitals and physical health care settings. A diplomat for the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists (now retired). Having been an adjunct instructor at the U.S. Naval War College for the past 10 year, he now serves as the life strategies coach for Living Free Together, a military family support group serving central VA. He took a special interest in treating people for stress, trauma, catastrophic illness, and PTSD.
