As we age, we often find ourselves having to make significant changes to our dietary habits. Whether out of medical necessity or to increase vitality, learning new ways of eating and cooking can be both healthful and fun. This interactive course with Merope Pavlides will assist participants with creating personal meal planning and prep techniques based on guidance from their doctors or nutritionists. Free and Open to Center Members Only. Registration Required.

Member Merope Pavlides is the former owner/operator of a catering business in Wisconsin and a local farm to table restaurant. She has personal family experience with a number of special diets including the Gluten/Casein Free diet, the DASH Diet, the Special Carbohydrate Diet, the Anti-Inflammation Diet, and the Renal Diet. She teaches the Center’s course The Mediterranean Diet Made Easy.
