Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.
Join Leigh Heasley for an hour of surrender. Focus on activating the body’s relaxation response to calm the nervous system. Tension melts away when combining stillness with easeful movements. This class is structured to be lying down on a mat using blankets, blocks, and straps for support.
Leigh Heasley received her 200 hour yoga certification in 2011 and has been teaching, leading, and advising ever since.
