What if...you are in the hospital for a short-term event or nearing the end of your life, and you are unable to make your own healthcare decisions? Who do you wish to make those decisions? How do you choose that person? How can you talk to your health care provider about your wishes, and how do you wish to be treated? This series will provide you information and resources to assist you in making these very important decisions.
Join Cindy Sinchak MSN, RN, CHPN and Nancy Zamil MPH, RN,NC who have a combined 35 years of hospice nursing experience working with and assisting patients and their families with advanced directives. Honor your life and love for your family by putting your healthcare wishes in writing.
