Take a seat and get in the game. Chairs are arranged around a low net for this inclusive, low-impact take on volleyball, played with a beach ball and classice volleyball rules, while focusing on teamwork and coordination over speed and jumping. Whatever your mobility levels, we encourage you to come and play. Enjoy gentle exercise that builds your upper-body strength, fleixibility, balance, and hand-eye coordination, with plenty of laughter along the way. 

1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.
