This 3-week series will explore how simple, delicious changes to the way we eat can lead to a longer, healthier life. Retired Registered Nurse, Mary Sherrill, will focus on the powerful connection between diet and chronic disease prevention, with an emphasis on heart health, brain health and sustainable weight management. Whether you're curious about plant-based living or ready to make meaningful lifestyle changes, this series offers practical guidance and hands-on learning for everyone. Each session features a cooking demonstration, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes participants can prepare at home.
