Learn the nuances of painting the many shades of white in a beautiful winter wonderland. Use your own reference photo or borrow one from instructor Katie Hutter. This class is for advanced beginnners and up.

Materials fee is $15, due to instructor at first class.

Required Materials:

  • Paint of your choice (acrylic, oil, pastel, gouache, watercolor) in the following recommended colors: 
    • lemon yellow
    • cad yellow
    • quinacridone red/permanent red rose
    • cad red
    • cerulean blue
    • ultramarine blue
    • black
    • white
    • yellow ochre
    • burnt sienna
    • burnt umber
  • Canvases or 140 lb paper
  • Palette paper
  • Brushes
  • Palette knife for mixing paints
  • Gamsol odorless thinner (IF using oil)
  • "Stays wet palette" and Micro mister (IF using water based paints)
