Moving Meditation on a Labyrinth

Moving Meditation on a Labyrinth
Thursday, October 9, 2025 | 2:00pm-3:30pm

Details:

Do you know the difference between a labyrinth and a maze? Are you interested in exploring moving meditation? Would you like some inspiration? Are you in a process of discernment? Would you like to think more metaphorically?

As an ancient form of moving meditation, walking a labyrinth provides an opportunity to calm oneself and one's breathing. This frequently proves to be healthy for lowering blood pressure and anxiety. People are moving at their own pace which is always healthy. In this program, we will participate as a group; therefore, we practice cooperation and the respect that community living requires. Walking a labyrinth provides a metaphor for one's life journey. Come, explore with us!

Note: Shoes and bare feet are not permitted on the labyrinth. Please wear socks or use the paper booties provided by the instructor.

Open to all.
