In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association and The Center at Belvedere, Sentara Martha Jefferson’s Caregiver and Wellness Center invites you to joina Dementia Caregiver Empowerment
Education Series.This education series teaches caregivers how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia. Caregivers can attend individual courses to meet their needs or complete the entire series.

• Sept. 25 - Building foundations of caregiving
• Oct. 2 - Supporting independence
• Oct. 9 - Communicating effectively
• Oct. 16 - Responding to dementia-related behaviors
