Would you like to build strength but aren't sure how? This class is designed to introduce you to strength training through a combination of body weight and free weight exercises. We will incorporate standing, chair and floor exercises. Please note, you may be required to carry your weights from the fitness wing to the auditorium and return them when class ends.
