Animal Drawing Class

In this class, artists of all levels, beginner to advanced, will learn how to draw animals through careful observation, focusing on proportions and understanding qualities of various mediums. You'll work from a printed image or large photo of an animal of your choice. Use the medium of your choice: graphite, charcoal, pastels, watercolor, acrylic, or oil. The goal is to complete a realistic animal drawing by the end of the session. Members must bring all of their own supplies.

Materials needed:
- Drawing paper
- Various pencils (hb, 2b, 4b, 6b)
- Vine charcoal
- compressed charcoal
- Kneaded eraser
- Pencil sharpener
- Conte crayon
- Drawing pens
- Your choice: pastels, watercolor, colored pencils, acrylic, oil
