In this 3-week series we will explore the color theory, learn how to ask the three most important questions when mixing a color, tonal values, color temperatures and how to dial in the color you want.  Focused skills:  assessing the root color, understanding chroma, tonal values and temperatures, dialing in a color you're trying to create.

Required Materials:  warm & cool primaries (cadmium red, quinacridone magenta, lemon yellow, cadmium yellow, cerulean blue, ultramarine blue, burnt umber or burnt sienna, white; #4, 8, 12 flat, #4, 8 filbert, fan brush, palette knife for mixing, canvas or panel, palette, Gamsol in a lidded jar, linseed oil, paper towels, etc.

Note: Many art, music, and language programs are structured as a series, with a specific number of sessions scheduled over a defined period of time. Missed sessions within a series are not eligible for refunds.
