When planning winter meals, many of us turn to soups and stews. Ditch the cans and packages and learn how to make easy, nutritious versions from scratch at home. Lectures/discussions will be combined with video instruction. Tasting samples will be provided. This course will be taught by Merope Pavlides, who teaches several of the Center’s healthy cooking classes and facilitates the Healthy Recipe Group. A $20 ingredient fee will be due to instructor at the start of class.
