Carolyn Altenderfer teaches Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, Denise Pilgrim teaches on Thursdays.

Build your cardiovascular strength, tone your muscles, and improve your balance. Appropriate for all fitness levels, this class includes low-impact aerobics, body toning, and stretching exercises. Wear good athletic shoes and comfortable clothes.
