Details:

Have you ever wondered how to help others – or yourself- resolve disputes in both personal and professional life? Learn about the Mediation Process. Mediation offers a less adversarial approach to resolving conflicts, especially those where emotions are high. Mediation provides a level of flexibility that allows the parties to explore creative solutions that may not be available through traditional legal proceedings. Come and learn mediation skills and techniques to improve your life and well-being of the larger community.

Led by Walter Megonigal, Jr., a Virginia Supreme Court certified mediator and a volunteer for the Mediator Center of Charlottesville. Mr. Megonigal had a 26-year career as a U.S. Marine Corps aviator and a 25-year career teaching technical and professional courses, including Leadership and Human Communication.
