Program Registration

You MUST register for ALL events, programs, and activities. Please plan on paying for fee-based events at the time of registration, as your payment guarantees your spot! Payments can be made with cash, check, or credit card, and members with the Plus package can use credits available in their member wallets. How to Register and Pay for Center Activities Online

The Center uses MyActiveCenter.com for online program registration. My Active Center (or MAC) enables you to register and pay for Center events and classes. Members who use MAC for the first time must use their Center key tag and follow the instructions to establish a MAC account. Once you have established your account, subsequent logins should work using the “sign in” option. Please don’t hesitate to contact staff if you have questions or feedback.

Fitness Class Registration

Registration for recurring fitness classes opens at 8:30 AM on the fourth Tuesday of the month prior. Your payment, either with credits in your MAC wallet or with a credit card, reserves your spot and is due upon registration. If you prefer to register and pay at the Welcome Desk rather than online, payments can be made with cash, check, or credit card. Please stop by the Welcome Desk or call 434.974.7756 for additional information or assistance.

Program Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policies help ensure that program spots are used effectively and are available to as many members as possible. All cancellations must be submitted via email to cancel@thecentercville.org or by calling our cancellation voicemail line: 434.220.9756. Cancellation notification times vary by program type; please click on the button below for specifics. Cancellations with insufficient notice will not be eligible for refunds or credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Equipped Fitness Center Access

Our fully equipped Fitness Center features state-of-the-art equipment, including various cardio and and weight machines. Access to the Fitness Center is available to members either as part of the Plus package or for a monthly fee of $20. Weekly orientations provide an introduction to the equipment so that you can use it safely and effectively.

Don’t Forget to Check-in at the Kiosk!

When you joined, you were provided a key tag, which allows you to check in to activities you are participating in at The Center. Checking in at the kiosk tells us so much more than that you are in the building! This data informs operations, programming, and funding requests. So please take a minute when you come in to swipe your key tag and check in to all your activities. (Note this is NOT the same as registering.) Lost your key tag?
