Discover the power behind EVERY Dimension of Wellness during Active Aging Week Sept. 28–Oct. 4

Embrace Multidimensional Wellness This Active Aging Week!

We all know that exercising and eating right are important foundations of good health, but as ever-increasing amounts of scientific research indicate, it takes so much more for us to truly age well.

That’s why The Center’s healthy aging opportunities support seven Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, Spiritual, and Environmental.

Whether you’re a longtime member or just beginning your healthy aging journey, Active Aging Week—held annually—is the perfect time to explore all the dimensions of wellness and consider what they can add to your life.

Daily keynote programs highlight impacts of multidimensional wellness. Look for additional special programming themed to each day's focus.

Each of these programs is free and open to all. To join us as a non-member, simply stop by the Welcome Desk to register as a guest and pick up an Active Aging Week Pass.
