More than 45 businesses and organizations will be on-site to create one central hub of all the resources you need to age well. Get to know our community’s myriad healthy aging resources from elder law and insurance to home building and senior living communities, plus get an opportunity to win one of 30+ prizes! Enjoy live music, grab a beverage at Greenberry's, and pick up lunch from Arepas On Wheels from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Programming time slots offer a variety of healthy aging information sessions—choose what suits your needs and interests.

Dementia Risk Reduction & Brain Health: George Worthington of the Virginia Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services presents three key studies driving our knowledge of dementia risk factors and the lifestyle changes you can make to protect your brain health.

Nutrition for Healthy Aging: Registered dietitian Kate Bruno offers practical tips, tools, and resources to keep you feeling your best at any age.

Declutter and Get Organized:
