Floor barre is a gentle, yet highly effective holistic and therapeutic exercise method, created by Zena Rommett. The exercise was originally created to rehabilitate dancers and offers excellent health benefits for everyone. It addresses common problems such as restriction, knee injuries, tendinitis, and muscular atrophy. The purpose of barre is to refine and lengthen body alignment, correct muscular and skeletal functions, and strengthen joints. Join Sherry Whaley as she leads The Center's first barre class.
