This class will focus on helping people realize that achieving and maintaining a healthy diet is a life-long commitment. Fad diets may work in short term, but only good nutrition practices and an active lifestyle are successful long-term. Previous 10-year Division Manager of a National Diet Institute, Lenora Conway, will address various causes of overweight and the important role of behavior modification to achieve a regimen for healthy and sustainable weight control. The group will encourage fellow students to control nutrition and diet, find an alternative plan, and delete unproductive behavior. Open to all in any stage of health journey. Guests $20, Standard Members $10, Prime Members Free.
