November 3 - Caring for People with Cognitive Impairment & Dementia. A challenge for many people, this seminar will focus on developing the communication and other skills needed to better care for people on the continuum from mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to more advanced dementia. Sheri Owen from the Alzheimer's Association as well as Alejandra Fletcher, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, will be presenting.

December 1 - Planning for a Safe and Healthy Holiday Season. The holidays are already stressful for many of us. In this seminar experts on holiday safety & mental and physical health will share proactive strategies to help you be able to more fully enjoy the holiday season. Learn how to avoid some of the stressors and prevent some of the dangers that unfortunately can come during the holiday season.
