December 2 - Planning for the Rest of Your Life
Many of us avoid planning future health care, financial, and legal needs for ourselves and our loved ones until it is too late. Join this expert review of a life planning checklist to ease the journey.
In this monthly series, you will receive helpful information that all seniors should know!

January 6 - Your Sensory Health - Why It Matters, A Lot! - Good sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch are keys to good health. Losing any of them raises the likelihood of mental and/or physical disease and disability.  Learn from experts how to maintain good sensory health, and how to best adapt to the loss of some of it, an inevitable part of aging.

February 3 - Managing Common Chronic Illnesses of Aging - Whether it's arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, or some other chronic illness, these conditions shouldn't define us.   In this seminar we'll share strategies to better manage chronic illness and optimize quality of life, despite the challenges these conditions can create for us.
