February 3 - Managing Common Chronic Illnesses of Aging - Whether it's arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, or some other chronic illness, these conditions shouldn't define us. In this seminar we'll share strategies to better manage chronic illness and optimize quality of life, despite the challenges these conditions can create for us.
March 3 - Nutrition and Gut-Brain Health - March is National Nutrition Month and a good time to learn and practice healthier eating and drinking. A Registered Dietician will answer your nutritional questions and help us to optimize our diets for improved health, well-being and longevity.
April 7 - Driving as You Age - Driving becomes more challenging as you age due to multiple factors. Sometimes this even requires someone to give up driving, a major challenge for both the individual and for their loved ones. This seminar will explore both the strategies commonly used to keep driving safely as well as how to most effectively and compassionately help someone who needs to give up driving.
