November 4 - Music by Bach, Debussy, and Chopin
Hear pianist Szymon Czerniak bring brilliant technique and extraordinary energy to a program centered on Chopin's monumental Polonaise-Fantaisie, Op. 61, an autobiographical work that showcases the piano's capacity for architectural precision, poetic color, and emotional depth. The program also includes Bach's Partita No. 1 in B-flat Major, Debussy's Reflets dans l'eau, and Chopin's Mazurkas, Op. 17.
December 2 - Pianist David Berry
Praised as "passionate" (Textura) and "touchingly introspective" (Gramophone), David brings his versatile artistry. The program includes selections from his upcoming debut album, "Spirit, Body, and Soul: Concert Spirituals for Solo Piano," along with hymn arrangements from his book, "Since Jesus Came Into My Heart: Ten Stylish Arrangements for Solo Piano."
