Discover how the foods you eat can help regulate your hormones and reduce your risk for hormone-related conditions, including breast, uterine, and ovarian cancer in women and prostate and testicular cancer in men. Based on Neal Barnard, MD, FACC's book Your Body in Balance: The New Science of Food, Hormones, and Health, this series focuses on low-fat, high-fiber foods that support hormone health and enhance survival for those who have received a diagnosis. Enjoy a cooking demonstration, health-promoting dishes, and take home easy, affordable receipes to try on your own.
A $10 materials fee is due to the instructor at the start of the first class.
