Francoise Seiller-Moiseiwitsch, owner of Revalation Vineyard, discusses the wine industry from growing the grapes and choosing varietals to harvesting and winemaking. Sip on wines as she shares how flavor decisions are made, from aging to blending. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID required. There is a $10 fee.
