We are looking forward to hosting this exciting arts and crafts fair again this year as part of the holiday gift giving and decorating season. Applications are accepted July 1–August 15, 2026. Vendors will be notified of acceptance by September 15. Requirements • Submit at least 3 photos of your products. Photos should be single-product images. If your work is in multiple categories, your photos should show all categories. • If you have exhibited before, submit photos of previous booth displays. • Applications without photos will not be considered. • Applications must be made via website or email. • Exhibitors must be 18 years of age or older and residents of City of Charlottesville or the Counties of Augusta, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, or Nelson. • Vendors must make the products themselves; no commercial products are allowed. Please note that space rentals DO NOT include tables. The Center has a limited number of tables to rent on a first-come first-served basis. • Each vendor will be assigned a space at the discretion of the event team. Vendors can indicate their preference for Auditorium or Atrium, but no request is guaranteed. • There is no electrical source for display space. Space and table rental pricing*Space size indicates that the area will accomodate a table of that size.*A limited number of scholarships are available. Guidelines for The Center at Belvedere Holiday Craft Fair The Fair will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 am–3:00 pm at The Center at Belvedere. Applications are accepted July 1–August 15, 2026. Exhibitors that are accepted will be contacted by September 15 and must submit their payment within 10 days of receiving their acceptance notification. • Exhibitors must be 18 years of age or older and residents of City of Charlottesville or the Counties of Augusta, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, or Nelson. • All items must be the creation of the exhibitor and not mass produced, with the exception of small component parts such as hinges or buttons. No commercial products or vendors will be accepted. • No items that may be deemed pornographic, offensive, or violent will be allowed. The Center reserves the right to refuse any items that fail to comply with the organization’s mission and vision. • Vendors are responsible for taking payments and retain 100% of their sales. • Additional display materials, such as screens, racks, etc, must be approved by the event committee. • Vendors or their representative must be present for the duration of the event. • Set up will begin at 8:00 am at The Center. We encourage vendors to arrive early to ensure an orderly set up for everyone. At the close of the event, vendors must leave in a timely manner. No one can break down before the event closes at 5:00 pm. • You must check in with the event team to find out where your booth is located, and you must set up in the assigned space. • Vendors are expected to load and unload their products and display materials. The Center will have volunteers and carts to assist, when available. After unloading, vendors must move their cars to a designated area at the far end of the parking lot. • For larger items that must sit on the floor, please bring a blanket or cloth to protect the floor. • No pets are allowed. The Center has no liability for exhibited work. By submitting this form, vendor acknowledges this fact, confirms that they have read and understand the Guidelines for participation, and agrees to all stipulations contained therein. Submit
