Based out of Washington, DC, and led by composer and arranger Patrick Lundy, this dynamic community choir consists of some of the most outstanding vocalists in Washington Metro area, many of whom are ministers of music, choir directors, music educators, soloists, and ordained ministers of the gospel.
The group has appeared throughout the U.S. and abroad and has accompanied a virtual “Who’s Who” in gospel and secular music for a myriad of prestigious events at venues that include the White House, U.S. Senate, U.S. Supreme Court, Library of Congress, Washington National Cathedral, and The Kennedy Center. For the past several years, the Choir has participated in the PBS Memorial Day and “A Capitol Fourth” production concerts from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, accompanying such renown artists as Yolanda Adams, Gloria Estefan, Meghan Linsey, Kenny Loggins, Barry Manilow, Cassadee Pope, Alisan Porter, Amber Riley, and CeCe Winans.
Dr. Lundy is Chair of the Vocal Music Department and Concert Choir Director at the world-renown Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, D.C., and is a highly sought-after composer, arranger, and workshop clinician.
