A two-week program exploring the foods and nutrients that support optimal brain health, based on Power Foods for the Brain by Neal Barnard, MD, FACC.
Week 1: Instructor Mary Sherrill and her husband Clint lead a cooking demonstration featuring brain-boosting foods, along with recipes and handouts.
Week 2: Dive deeper into Alzheimer's and dementia prevention and explore how diet and lifestyle can address the root causes of chronic disease. More recipes and handouts included.
