Not many people would notice Nathaniel Hawthorne had two sisters. As a result, these two women have been largely lost to history. Using their personal letters and family recollections, Kris A. Hansen will introduce these two sisters of opposing personalities. Their distinct relationship with their brother, which supported his eventual success as an author, will be revealed. The stories may bring a little laughter or some sadness with a bit of family tension along the way.
