Travel to the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains on our way to the historic Peaks of Otter Lodge in Bedford, Virginia. In May the Mountain Laurels are blooming, enjoy viewing them as you take a roundtrip shuttle up to the mountaintop for the grand scenic view or a walk around the lake. Enjoy a flight of wine or an afternoon cocktail overlooking tranquil Abbott Lake. Everyone will enjoy lunch on their own at the picturesque Lake Abbott Restaurant. Stop into the Travel Office for a sample copy of the menu. Additional fee of $15/pp for round trip shuttle to the mountaintop if interested (paid onsite)
