What They Don’t Tell You About Aging

What They Don’t Tell You About Aging
Wednesday, December 3, 2025 | 3:30pm-5:00pm

Details:

Thinking about retirement we prepare for financial security, living situation, healthcare needs, and even end-of-life decisions with the help of financial planners, senior living communities, our doctors and maybe hospice and mortuary services. But do we prepare for all the living ahead?  Aging does have some hallmarks, but not everyone ages according to plan.  How do we recognize and react to the changes ahead that nobody tells you are coming?

This program will engage participants in discussing their experience of aging across physical, cognitive, psycho-social, and spiritual spheres.  Participants will explore how to adapt their personal experience to maximize their active engagement in living well.
