Travel to Lynchburg and dare to wander through the Old City Cemetery, Since 1806, these peaceful and beautiful grounds rest under centuries-old trees filled with beatiful spring blossoms. . From its hilltop, you’ll see panoramic views of the inner city stretching toward the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The grounds share the 425 heirloom rose varieties—the largest public collection in Virginia.
