Advanced Strength Training

Details:
A class for those with experience in strength training, who desire an intense muscle building workout. We will work each muscle group every week with varied exercises. This class will incorporate standing, floor and chair exercises, utilize weights from10-45lbs and bodyweight exercises. Slam balls, physio-balls and other equipment may be used.
