What you eat shapes how your brain ages. Grounded in the research of Neal Barnard, MD, FACC, and his book Power Foods for the Brain, this two-session program explores how a low-fat, plant-based diet supports brain function and helps minimize cognitive decline. Each session includes a cooking demonstration featuring brain-healthy recipes, pluse samples and take-home recipe handouts.
