A healthy diet means incorporating a wide variety of vegetables, fruits and whole grains into meal plans. Salads are a great way to achieve this goal while enjoying plentiful fresh produce. This four-week program will focus on creative ways to build healthy, delicious salads. The program will be taught by Merope Pavlides, former caterer and restaurant owner/operator. Merope teaches several of The Center's healthy cooking classes and facilitates the monthly Healthy Recipe Group.
There is a $20 ingredient fee due to the instructor at the first class.
