This is a cumulative 6-week set of American Mah Jongg lessons taught according to official National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules. It’s played in groups of three or four players who use 152 tiles while competing to create a hand that matches any one of several patterns on a card published annually by the National Mah Jongg League.
Playing materials will be provided for the first three lessons while items needed after the third lesson ($4 in coins and a $15 NMJL playing card) will be explained in the first session. Please contact Joyce Nunge for more information.
