Basic Qigong and Tai Chi Group Practice, Friday

This group is for beginners new to Qigong and Tai Chi. We will practice the basic steps and principles of both, but concentrate on 24 form Tai Chi. Our practice will emphasize connecting body and mind through controlled breathing and flowing movement. Participants can adapt the form to their physical abilities. Come prepared in loose, comfortable clothing ready to have fun.
