Neither people nor things can keep us happy. The power to be happy and stay happy resides solely in ourselves. If we retain the power to choose how we interpret and react to the things that happen to us, we keep control of our feelings. There are some basic ingredients to a happy life, which Dr. Dan will explore during this class. Dr. Dan will cover where happiness comes from, action steps for experiencing happiness, how appreciation leads to happiness, and treating unhappiness.
