The longer we live, the greater the toll life takes on each of us. Looking back over our choices gives us lots of room for regrets. It is easy to become a harsh critic of yourself. With Dr. Dan, learn how to push back against that natural urge and stop feeding the beast that is devouring your joy. In this class, learn how to control your thoughts rather than letting your thoughts control you, how to avoid negative rumination, how to close the negative wing of your mental museum, and how to forgive yourself.

Free and Open to Center Members.
