Stress is rampant in our society today. While stress is not all bad, toxic stress damages both our physical and mental health. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of stress and its negative impact on our bodies and minds. We'll look at six "buckets of resources" that you can begin to gather today that will help you to cope with whatever the world throws your way. You'll learn the ket elements of a resilient mind. You are too tough to quit! Note taking is highly encouraged; bring a notepad and pen/pencil!

Dr. Dan is a clinical psychologist who will teach attendees how to recognize when stress becomes toxic, how to focus on time, a risk assessment, and what personal resources to use to mitigate the effect of stress.
