Exercise and have fun while you learn to cardio drum!

Cardio drumming is a form of exercise that involves drumming on a large stability ball to upbeat music. It increases heart rate, provides cognitive stimulation, improves rhythm, strengthens the upper body and core muscles and increases eye hand coordination. This class is for beginners and is performed seated so does not require a high level of fitness. Come and join in the fun!
