AARP Smart Driver Course (August 24-25)

Monday and Tuesday, August 24 and 25, 9:00 am-1:00 pm  (2-part series)

The AARP Smart Driver course teaches proven driving techniques to help keep drivers and their loved ones safe on the road. The course will provide a review of driving skills and techniques, as well as strategies and tips to help drivers adjust to normal age-related changes that may affect driving ability. It is an eight-hour course, taught over two days. Attendance at both sessions is mandatory to complete the course.

Participants also receive:
• Comprehensive guidebook and review of the “rules of the road”
• Overview of normal changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time associated with aging
• Latest vehicle technology information
• Course completion certificate

Cost for AARP members -$20 

Cost for non-AARP members - $25 

Please bring a check made out to AARP or cash to your first class.
