Writing for Self-Expression and Insight (Sept/Oct)
Next session: Thursday, September 12, 2024 | 10:00am-12:00pm
Details:
"A writing group dedicated to self-expression and insight, where members explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through weekly prompts. Each prompt serves as a catalyst for members to craft short essays, delving into their inner worlds and sharing their reflections with a supportive community. Through the act of writing and sharing, members not only hone their literary skills but also gain deeper insights into themselves and others. It's a space where creativity flourishes, bonds form, and personal growth is nurtured."
The emphasis is on—but is not limited to—the writing of memoirs. This is not a critique group; it is designed to provide the support that people need to tell their stories. Strict rules of privacy and confidentiality will be observed.
We are open to new members, limited availability. The class is ongoing, but register for July and August below.
