Physical Wellness Focus

Wellness encompasses seven mutually interdependent dimensions: physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, vocational, and environmental. Physical wellness encompasses all areas of health that relate to physical aspects of the body, including physical activity, nutrition, adequate sleep, not smoking, making appointments for check-ups, and following medical recommendations.
